This type of boss likes to work on time. Knows the team spirit i.e. Together everybody achieves more (Team). Meets deadlines. Keeps track record of whatever dedicated to subordinates. Follows up from time to time. Provides clear guideline to get things done. Teaches how to achieve the result. Supports in working calendar to meet the deadlines.
If couldn't meet the deadlines, subordinates have to provide justification for not being able to complete the task. If justified it is okay. If not, then the boss takes initiative and educates the staff why is it important.
Teaches the time value, shows the losses to the company due to small carelessness. Makes them realized the faults and give them opportunity to learn from their mistakes. Then staff will be more cautious for next time to meet deadlines. They will take necessary initiation & precautions for the project from next time.
The boss catches the right things done. Appreciates in the mass and encourages to achieve results again & again.
