I have seen, most of the office doesn't allow social network in the office hour thinking that staff misuse the facilities. In my view the management should educate the staff to use the facility to save cost of communication using FB messenger, gtalk, yahoo messenger, skype, viber, whatsapp, email instead of telephone & outdated fax. Every office has internet facility, wifi but why it is under utilized? It is not only the matter of mentality that management doesn't feel the benefit of proper utilization & education to staff. This is my view. Rest is up to you. Take the benefit of information technology (IT) in this IT era.
