Most of the staff wait for instructions from immediate manager or top management to start any job s/he knows that the work will benefit to the company. The credit goes to your manager. You will get nothing. So, why do you wait if you are confident that your work is going to benefit your company.
Do not wait for right time to start. Any time is the right time. Do not think that you are late. Start now. This will keep you away from procrastination.
Some staff don't know where to start. Those staff should list down all the job in a diary. Segregate urgent & important. Then start any one from top urgent immediately. Just do it now. See the result.
Therefore, if you are confident, do it now.
