I have seen these types of bosses. They never give credit & appreciate subordinates thinking that they have no idea. They always keep staff underpressure thinking that these pressures will make them work done. They think, if they appreciate the staff, they will demand for more increments, more incentives, more facilities etc.
They have the feeling of complexity that they are the bosses, they can do whatever they like. They are superiors. They know every thing. Others have no brains.
They never accept the initiation & creativity of the staff and ignore them first, after few months or years these bosses do the same thing & take credit for initiation. The genuine staff gets nothing. So, the boss is again right.
