Somebody in this world never considers the corporate culture in the organizations they run. So-called management veterans, they do whatever they like. They shout like anything that they know each and everything in this world and ignore the people having great knowledge.
As these people born in a golden spoon, think that they are the King. They have a misconception in their mindset that as they can speak loudly means they are superior (Totally complex feeling). They have their aristocratic lifestyle, which they inherited from their ancestor, not by themselves. Just inherited.
In such cases, the organization may go in the wrong direction if they have not corrected their way of wrongdoing. It is not good to hurt someone who had contributed a lot in the past. The management committee should accommodate all the contributors as far as possible to run the organization in a good way.
We should respect each other to gain a pace of development of the organization. There should not have "EGO" problem, neither the "EGO WAR".
My heart is broken with such behaviour. Sorry to all those who are involved in such a GAME.
