Stress

Why do you get stress?
I think, no body wants stress, but it comes automatically. Dr. says do not take stress, stay stress free. Easy for him to say. But very difficult for us to stay away from stress. I think you do agree with me. Aren't you ?

We get headache, nausea, allergy, high blood pressure, and list goes on and on. Lots of diseases, we get from stress, Dr. says.

So, we are aware that we shouldn't take stress, but it happens.

Why ?
May be because of friends and family surrounding.
May be, of your relationship.
May be your profession.
May be your business.
May be your habit.
May be work alcoholic.
May be work load.
May be no work load.
May be working hour.
May be working environment.
May be cyber addiction.
May be drug addiction.
May be taking high risk.
May be not taking any risk.
May be your salary.
May be your property.
May be less sleeping.
May be over sleeping.
May be no exercise.
May be over exercise.
List goes on.

How to get rid of STRESS?
Find out why do you get stress and try to get action against it.

Some tips for Stress Management are as follows:
Meditation.
Yoga.
Mild exercise.
Involve in gardening.
Go for biking.
Go for walking.
Go for holiday.
Go for long drive.

Then only you can stay free from stress. 

Always think positive, be positive.
