Winter health

Having cold, cough, fever, muscle sprain, headache is too much boring, I think to you all too agree in this case. During these days, I am thinking, is there any type of activities that get relief from these health problem? The answer is a doctor and his prescription.

But only pain killer will not work. It takes its time to recover. Prevention is better than cure. During winter, better take no risk while you drive, specially motor bikers, take sufficient precaution to protect your chest, knee and joints. Do not forget to take sufficient amount of liquid, tea, coffee, soup that will keep you warm.

If you have spare time, keep your feet & palm in hot water to protect from cold and cold related pain. This will help to some extent.

If you are not afraid of cold then enjoy the climate with your full strength. Christmas is waiting.
