Winter health

Having cold, cough, fever, muscle sprain, headache is too much boring, I think to you all too agree in this case. During these days, I am thinking, is there any type of activities that get relief from these health problem? The answer is a doctor and his prescription.

But only pain killer will not work. It takes its time to recover. Prevention is better than cure. During winter, better take no risk while you drive, specially motor bikers, take sufficient precaution to protect your chest, knee and joints. Do not forget to take sufficient amount of liquid, tea, coffee, soup that will keep you warm.

If you have spare time, keep your feet & palm in hot water to protect from cold and cold related pain. This will help to some extent.

If you are not afraid of cold then enjoy the climate with your full strength. Christmas is waiting.

अत्याधुनिक सुबिधा

कुरा सन २००६ जस्तो लाग्छ, मलाई अझै पनि सम्झना झल्झल्ती याद आउंछ | हामी केही पत्रकारहरुसंग लुक्ला हुदै नाम्चे बजार , त्यसपछि श्याङ्बोचे अनि खुम्जुङ पुगेका थियौं।

हामी जुन होटेलमा बस्यौं त्यो होटेलको बिजुली बत्तिको अत्याधुनिक सुबिधाबारे हामीलाई ज्ञान थिएन। होटेलवालाले हामीलाई सायद पढेलेखेका भन्थानेर होला त्यो सुबिधाको बारेमा बताउनु पर्ला भनेर कष्ट पनि गरेन।

दुई दिनको हिडाइ पछि बल्ल बल्ल आराम गर्न पाएका हामीहरुलाई कहिले पुगौला र आराम गरौंला भन्ने भएकोले बिजुली बत्ति के कता भन्ने सोधपुछ सम्म पनि गरेनौं ।

पुग्ने बित्तिकै सबै जना सौर्य उर्जाले तताएको र बिजुलीले तताएको तातो पानीमा न्यानोसंग नुहाउन पाए पछि के चाहियो र। सबै झ्याप्प नुहाए। यात्राका दौरान एकसय एक धुरन्धर पत्रकार साथीहरू संगै अनेक प्रकारका चुट्किला, कथा, घटना, दुर्घटना, बाल्यकालका उपद्रो, कलेजका कुराहरु, माया प्रीतिका कुराहरु गर्दै थकाईको अनुभुत गर्न नपरेकोले होला खुम्जुङ पुगे पछि भने सारै थकित महसुस भयो।

खाना खाइ सके पछी केहि बेरको अन्ताक्षरी पछी सुत्ने चाँजो पाँजो मिलाउने काम भयो र सबै जना सुत्न गयौं | निक्कै नै जाडो भएको बेला एकजना साथीलाई भने मुत्रत्याग गर्न परेछ र साथी जुरुक्क उठेर बाहिर निस्कनको लागि बत्तिको सुइच खोजेछ | तर भेत्ताएन छ | खपी नसके पछी जे पर्ला, पर्ला भनेर बत्ति नबालीकनै जान्छु भनेर बाहिर निस्कने बित्तिकै बत्ति झ्याप्प बल्यो | खुरुर दौडेर जाँदा आर्को कुना सम्म पुग्दा पुग्दै बत्ति झ्याप्प निभ्यो | साथीले सौचालय जाँदा त याद गरेन पछी मुत्रत्याग गरि सके पछी बल्ल याद आएछ | ओहो के भा को होला? कसले बत्ति बाल्ने र निभाउने गरी जिस्क्यौदै होला भनेर सबै साथी को नाम बोलाउदै चिच्याउन थाल्यो | कसैले पनि जवाफ नफर्काए पछी साथीको जिउ त चीसो भएछ | एकछिन पछी फेरी पसिना पसिना भएछ | तर सौचालयबाट त निस्कनै पर्यो | साथी त एक सासले कोठामा आउँदा सबै साथीहरु फस फस निदाएको देख्दा साथीको सात्तो भुत्लो गएछ |

बिहान सबेरै त्यहि साथीको निद्रा खुलेछ | फेरी सौचालय जान परेछ | तर जाने कि नजाने ? हिजो रातिको जस्तै हुने हो कि ? साथीहरुलाई भन्यो भने बेइज्जत पो हुने होकी? कसैले पत्याएन भने झन् झुर हुने भो | फेरी डरछेरुवा भन्ने पो हो कि? के गरम के गरम भएछ |

तै बेइज्जत तै बेईज्जत भनेर साथीले मुख नै फोडेर रात को कुरा फुत्काएछ | सबै गलल हाँसे पछी हत्तेरिका बेकारमा भनेछु जस्तो भएछ | 

बास्तवमा त्यो होटेलमा सबै सेन्सरले बत्ति बाल्ने ब्यबस्था मिलाएको रहेछ | बास्तबिकता थाहा पाए पछी फेरी सबै जना साथीहरु मरिमरी हाँसे | अत्याधुनिक सुबिधाको ज्ञान नभए पछी यस्तो भयो | अस्तु |

यो कस्तो ब्यापार?

एक जना पर्यटक तपाईको मोहल्लामा आयो भने के गर्नु हुन्छ ? अवश्य नै त्यो पर्यटकको लागि के कति सेवा आवश्यक छ भनेर सोधखोज त गर्नु नै हुन्छ होइन ? अनि त्यस माथि तपाईको पर्यटन ब्यबसाय छ भने झन् आफुले सक्ने सम्पूर्ण कसरत गरेर सेवा प्रदान गर्नु हुन्छ नि होइन ? यति सम्म त ठिक छ |

बल्ल बल्ल सम्झाई बुझाई गरेर ब्यापार पक्का गरिसके पछी तपाई कै नजिकका भनाउंदाका साथीले त्यो पर्यटकलाई ललाई फकाई गरेर तपाईको ब्यापार खोसिदियो भने तपाईलाई कस्तो हुन्छ होला ? मैले अनुमान मात्रै गर्न सक्छु तर त्यो हालत सम्हाल्न सक्ने क्षमता म मा छ कि छैन मलाई पनि थाहा छैन | 

ठमेल

हालै मैले यस्तै घटना भएको देख्नु पर्यो, यिनै मेरा आँखा अगाडी | तीन चार दिन लगाएर एक जना पर्यटन ब्यबसायीले १२-१५ जनाको समुहको जलयात्राको कार्यक्रम गर्ने तय गरेको थियो | साँझको पाहुना देवता सरह मान्नु पर्छ भन्ने मान्यताले अझै गाँजेको हाम्रो समाजमा बिचरा त्यो ब्यबसायीले भएभरको कसरत गरेर पक्कापक्कि गरेको त्यो साँझको जलयात्रा समुहलाई १५ मिनेटको फरक पछी आर्को ब्यबसायीले उछिट्यायो | अघिल्लो ब्यापारीले के कति दरमा त्यो जलयात्रा बेचेको हो त्यो त थाहा भएन तर त्यो भन्दा करिब करिब पाँच सय रुपियाँ कममा दोश्रो ब्यापारीले त्यहि जलयात्रा बेचिदियो र पहिलो ब्यापारीलाई जिल्लाराम पारिदियो | 

यो कस्तो ब्यापार ? म त अचम्मै परेको छु |

व्यापार गर्दा एकजनाको पक्का पक्कि भइसकेको ब्यापारलाई आर्को ब्यापारीले त्यसरी व्यापार खोसेर लैजानु ब्यापारीको धर्म जस्तो त मलाई लागेन | सारै नमज्जा लाग्यो | आर्को कुरा जे जस्तो भए पनि आफ्नो नाफा कम गरेर व्यापार गर्दा पर्यटकलाई त फाइदै भयो | तर त्यो जलयात्रामा चाहिने जति जनसक्ति प्रयोग भयो कि भएन ? जलयात्राको गुणस्तर कायम भयो कि भएन ? कतै जलायात्रकै छविमा कमि आउने त होइन ? भने जतिको सेवा पायो कि पाएन ? भन्ने कुरामा म ससंकित छु | 

हाम्रा ब्यापारी साहु महाजनहरुले ब्यबसायिक मर्यादाको पनि ख्याल राख्ने कि ? काम पाएन भनेर जथाभावी दर भाउ राख्न त भएन नि ! कि कसो साहुजी ? अस्तु |

The Light Festival

#Deepawali is the Light #Festival, I like the most amongst festivals in Nepal. Though we are suffering from load shedding, we celebrate it by lighting various alternative lights, e.g. oil lamp is the most used light during this festival and then the candles and even electric lights.

It is all about the believe we have that this festival brings the progress and prosperity in our life. But we should not forget that progress and prosperity will definitely come only when you are dedicated to your profession.

ठमेलको कथा: "तितो सत्य" (Story of Thamel)

यो पनि ठमेल कै घटना हो | मलाई किन हो कुन्नि ठमेल घुम्न सारै नै मज्जा लाग्छ | रिक्शा, ट्याक्सी, हाएस, कार, मोटरसाइकल, साइकल, भएभरको सवारी साधनबाट निस्कने मिश्रित ध्वनिले कुन साधन कताबाट आएको हो पत्तो पाउनै गाह्रो हुन्छ | पसललै पिच्छे बज्ने फरक फरक ध्वनिहरु कतिपय कर्ण प्रिय हुन्छन् भने कतिपय कर्ण कटु हुन्छन् | तर तपाईले चाहे पनि नचाहेपनि सुन्नै पर्छ | यो त बाध्यता नै हो | फेरी आर्को मन भन्छ यत्ति पनि हो हल्ला भएन भने जंगल पसे भै हाल्छ नि किन ठमेल जाने त ? होइन र ?

यहाँ अनेक थरिको कारोबार हुन्छ | सरकारी निकाय पनि कहिले काहीं सल्बलाउने गर्छ | होटल, रेस्टुरेन्ट, मसाज केन्द्रमा रेड पर्ने कुराहरु पनि सुन्नमा आउँछ | कतिपय बेला रेड्पर्नु अगाडी नै रेड पर्दै छ है भन्ने सुचना पनि सुन्न पाइन्छ | अनेक थरिको लाइभ घटनाहरु देख्न सुन्न पाइन्छ | त्यसैले ठमेल संधै चलायमान र जागरुक देखिन्छ | राति अबेर सम्म नसुत्ने नेपालको एक मात्रै ठाउँ ठमेल नै हो | 

तर हिजो मात्रै घटेको एउटा अचम्मको घटना मेरो मानस पटलमा रात भर नै सल्बलायो | एक जना साथीको ट्रावल एजेन्सी खोज्दै एक जना पर्यटक ठमेलको चोक मै ओर्लेछ | त्यो एजेन्सीको साथीलाई त्यो पर्यटक संग देख भेट भएको थिएन रहेछ | तै पनि फोन गर्दै आएछ | अन्तमा ठमेलसम्म पुग्दा पुग्दै एजेन्सी साथिको मोबाइलमा सायद के गढ़बद भयो सम्पर्क हुन सकेन | ठमेल पुग्नु अगाडी सम्मको बार्तालाप अनुसार नै एजेन्सीको साथि त्यो पर्यटक खोज्न निस्केछ | तर अलि ढीला भएछ | 

बिचैमा बिचौलियाहरुले त्यो पर्यटक संग बार्तालाप गरेर एजेन्सीको साथि भेटाउन लाने बाचा गरेर आर्को एजेन्सीमा लगी दिएछ | बिचरा पर्यटकलाई के थाहा त्यो मान्छे नक्कली हो कि सक्कली हो भनेर | तै पनि उसले सुनेको अनुसारको मान्छेको रुप रंग, कपाल र कम्पनिको  नाम नदेखे पछि पर्यटकले नाम नै किटेर मेरो साथिको नाम फलानो हो त्यो साथिको कम्पनिको नाम फलानो हो भनेछ | त्यो आर्को एजेन्सीको कर्मचारीले त्यो कम्पनि पुरानो हो, अहिले नाम फेरेर यो कम्पनि भएको हो सबै काम अहिले हामीले नै गर्दैछौं भनेछ | त्यसो भए फलानो साथि चै को हो नि ? भनेर पर्यटकले फेरी प्रश्न गर्दा त्यो मान्छे पनि मै हो भनेर बिचरा पर्यटकलाई झुक्क्याउनु झुक्क्यायो |

यस्तो तुच्छ ब्यबहार, ठमेलका कति साहुजीहरुले व्यहोर्दै होलान, कति ब्यबसायीहरुको ब्यबसाय नै चौपट भएका होलान्, त्यस तर्फ ठमेलमा कारोबार गरेर डेरा जमाएका साउजीहरुले अनुगमन गर्न पर्छ जस्तो मलाई लागेको छ | अन्यथा बास्तबिकता थाहा पाए पछी बिचरा त्यो पर्यटकको मन कति दुख्ने होला? कहीं कतै भाबितब्य परेमा खास एजेन्सीको साख त खत्तम हुने नै भयो, त्यो सक्कली नामको साहुजीको इज्जतमा धब्बा लाग्ने मात्रै नभई ठमेलको साख नै खतरामा पर्ने कुरामा दुई मत नहोला |

अत: यस्ता क्रियाकलापमा जानी नजानी सहभागी भै क्षणिक लाभ लिने कर्मचारीहरुबाट साबधान हुनुका साथै समय मै सचेत हुन सम्पूर्ण ब्यबसायीहरुलाई अनुरोध पनि छ, यो कथा "तितो सत्य" हो | अस्तु |

Wall Climbing

I saw my letter of appreciation dated 29 June 2002, when I was in Nepal Mountaineering Association as an administrator. Today, I recalled the wall climbing at the park. I was scared first time, when I saw people climbed the wall like monkey. I had tried two times but could not succeed. Third time I could reach the maximum height. I found myself happy and felt confident from my inner heart. Then I sent my eldest son Piyadassi, for climbing. At the age of 10 years, first he was reluctant to climb. After seeing number of enthusiast climbers, he tried to climb and reached as I did.

This experience encouraged me to start something new in climbing and adventure sports. But I could not do for long time, I was involved in management, branding, marketing and promotion of various corporate houses. 

I think now is the time to cash my experiences and need to start my own. Therefore, I have started Tripitak Holidays an adventure based sports tourism in Nepal. I do still remember the climbing artificial wall at International Mountaineers Memorial Park, Kakani, Nuwakot with the help of professional mountain guides from NMA. Yes, I did climb the artificial wall.

After long gap few months back again I have an opportunity to be in Nagarjun Rock Climbing spot and climbed normal route set for beginners. Yes this time, I did climb two times to get the point that was fixed for beginners. My instructor was Kishor Shahi, the owner of Chhango, The Canyoning Company. After that climbing and some adventure experience and my long involvement in tourism encourage me to start consultancy to manage tourism business houses. To start with now I am looking after the management of Chhango and my own company. I am happy, very happy to be involved in this adventure sports.

ठमेल (Thamel)

हामी ठमेलको बजेट होटेलको कोठा कति सम्म पाइन्छ भनेर खोज्दै थियौं । घुम्दै जांदा एउटा होटेलमा पुगियो। होटेल भित्र पस्दा पस्दै रिसेप्सन तिर पुगियो। सोफा कम बेड भएको रिसेप्सन कोठामा पुरानो कफि टेबुलमा पुरानै पत्रिका, एउटा फुलदानीमा प्लास्टिकका फुल, खुइलेको भित्तामा केही देवी देवताको फोटोहरु झुन्डिएको देखियो।

उप्केको प्लाइउड भएको रिसेप्सनको टेबुलमा एउटा क्यालेन्डर, रजिस्टर, कापी संगैको आर्को टेबुलमा।

रिसेप्सनिस्ट्को प्रतिक्षामा हामी बस्दै गर्दा एक जना सानो फुच्चे केटो कान कोट्याउदै, आँखा मिच्दै आईपुग्यो। हाफ कट्टु लगाएका त्यो भाईले हामीलाई पहिलो प्रश्न गर्यो  "कोठा एकछिनको लागि हो कि एक दिनको लागि ?"

म आश्चर्य चकित हुँदै आफ्नो भिजिटिङ कार्ड दिदै "भाई ठुलो मान्छे को हुनुहुन्छ बोलाई दिनुस त " भने ।

एक छिनमा ठुलो मान्छे पनि आइपुग्यो । मेरो भिजिटिङ कार्ड हेरे पनि त्यही प्रश्न दोहर्यायो । "कोठा एक छिन को लागि कि कति दिन को लागि ?"

हामी चकित भयौं । हामीले ठुलो गल्ती गरेछम क्यारे । कतै हाम्रो अनुहारमा त्यस्तो बदमाशी त झल्किएको पो छ कि ? पहिले त हामीले बुझेनम किन त्यस्तो प्रश्न सोधेछन भनेर । केहि छिन पछि एक जोडी केटा केटी नाकमा मास्क लगाएर आए । हामीले कोठा नलिने भन्ने थाहा पाएर होला " तपाईंहरू एकै छिन बस्नुस है । म उहाँहरु संग कुरा सिध्याउछु " भन्यो ।

त्यो टोलिलाई पनि सिधै प्रश्न गर्‍यो " एक छिन कि एक दिन ?" 

केटो : "एक छिन ।"

रिसेप्सनिस्ट:" एक छिन को लागि हो भने आठ सय एक दिन हो भने पन्ध्र सय है सर।"

केटो : "अलि दिस्काउन्ट गरिदिनुस न ।"

रिसेप्सनिस्ट: "एक छिन को लागि यत्तिनै हो ।"

केटो : "ल ल ठिकै छ । कुन कोठा हो देखाइ दिनुस ।"

हामिले बल्ल कुरो बुझ्यौ । के के न ठूलो काम गर्ने भनेर गएको त्यहा को परिस्थिति देखेर छक्क पर्यौ ।

यथार्थमा त्यो दृश्य मेरो मानस पतलमा झल्झल्ती आएको देख्दा नेपालमा पनि रेड लाईट एरिया छुट्याउनु बेस होलाकी जस्तो लाग्यो । सामाजिक अवस्था ले नपचाए पनि वास्तविकता आफ्नै आँखा अगाडि देखियो । समाज कता लाग्दै छ ? स्कुल, कलेजमा पढ्न गएका हाम्रा सन्तान कतै कुबाटोमा त लागेका छैनन ? एक पटक सोच्न पर्ला कि ? अस्तु ।

Birthday in the sky, a family fly

Birthday in the sky, Pokhara, a lake city of Nepal.

It was just beginning of the monsoon, we have decided to celebrate birthday in the sky. First it was like a monsoon madness, most of our friends did not suggest us to visit Pokhara during monsoon. We may get thunder storm. But on 24 June 2014 morning, we were excited whether we could complete our mission or not. The weather was cloudy and gloomy in Pokhara, We were expecting the favorable weather for paragliding in paradise. Our mission was to celebrate our daughter's birthday in the sky. 

Early morning, we went to Taal Barahi, a lake temple in Fewa Taal. By the time, we were boating in Fewa lake, we could see the weather was getting clear and sunny. We had a nice time in Fewa lake. We all got chance to row the boat turn by turn while going to Temple and back. This time, every body got life jackets for boating, which we felt very good for security reason.

I got a first call at 9:00 am from Avia Club that we need to be assembled by 11: 00 am at their office. We could see a hope for probability of paragliding.

After coming back from Taal Barahi Temple, we were taking brunch when my mobile got second call from Avia Club. This time, our assembly time got revised to 10:45 am. We need to rush a little bit more. But we were happy. We got confirmation that we were flying. 

During our transfer to Sarangkot, I briefed all our pilots that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday in the sky. All pilots got excited and thrilled. They promised us to keep us flying in same elevation as far as possible.

We all reached Sarangkot, the base camp for Paragliding, I like to say, at 11:30 am. The weather was favorable and we all got big bag to carry and waiting for favorable wind. One of our Pilot said that "first carry this bag by yourself, after flying it will carry you". Wow. What a wonderful bag. It was actually a parachute.

Yes.......! My wife Yek Maya took off first. She was enjoying. Then, my birthday girl Uppalavanna,  myself, my eldest son Piyadassi and my youngest son Nhuja turn by turn.

Wow... We all family were in the sky at the same time. It was our dream that came true and we created own history celebrating our daughter's birthday in the sky in Pokhara, Nepal, that was first of its kind in Nepalese tourism industry, if I am not wrong. I have not heard this type of flying but we did it.

All our pilots tried to be in same elevation, but my elder son, my daughter and I could see in the same elevation, my wife was in higher and my youngest son in the lower elevation. Even then, we could wish her in the sky.

We all were in the sky. All family members got refreshed, a happy present to my family that I could ever give and that became historic.

What I found is we could launch this concept as a tourism product. "Birthday in the sky, a family fly."

एक दिन चितवनको जङ्गलका राजा सिंहलाई सबै जनावर सङ्ग अन्तरबार्ता लिनु पर्यो, के प्रश्न राख्ने होला भनेर मनमनै गुनेछ । केही बेर पछि एउटा प्रश्न फुरेछ । यो जङ्गलको राजा को हो ? मलाई चिन्छौ कि चिन्दैनौ ? त्यसपछि, त्यो सिंह जङ्गलमा आउने सबै जनावरलाई सोध्न हिडेछ ।

सबैभन्दा पहिला खरायो बुद्रुक बुद्रुक उफ्रदै आएको रहेछ ।

सिंह : ए खरायो ! यो जङ्गलको राजा को हो भन त ।
खरायो : (दुबै हात जोडेर लग लग काप्दै, मन मनै ल खत्तम आज यो सिंहले मलाई खाने भो भन्ने लागेछ ) र बिनम्रताका साथ जवाफ फर्काएछ । सरकार ! यो जङ्गलको राजा हजूर त हो नि ।

सिंह : (दङ्ग पर्दै) ल ठिक  छ, जा ।
खरायो दङ पर्दै, बचियो भनेर ताप थोकेछ ।

त्यस पछि स्याल आएछ ।

सिंह : ए स्याल ! (भनेर पुर्ब प्रश्न सोधेछ)
स्याल : सास्टाङ दण्डवत गर्दै, सरकार ! यो जङ्गलमा अरु को हुन सक्छ र सरकार बाहेक ! हजुर नै त हो नि। अरु कस्को हिम्मत । हजुर जस्तो राजा बाहेक अरु हुने चान्स नै छैन ।

सिंह : तैंले झुठो बोलेको त होइन ?

स्याल : धरोधर्म हजुरको मासु खाने मैले झुठो बोलेको छैन ।

सिंह : ल ल ठिक छ । मोरो मेरो कसम खान्छ । जा ।
स्याल कुलेलम थोकेछ ।

घुम्दा घुम्दै सौराहा तिर पुगे पछि हात्ती देखेछ ।

सिंह : ए हात्ती ! यो चितवनको जङ्गलको राजा को हो भन् त ।

हात्तीले जवाफ फर्काएन । थुस्स परेर बसेछ ।

सिंह : (फेरि प्रश्न दोहर्याएछ ) ए हात्ती सुनेन ? यो जङ्गल को राजा को हो ?

फेरि पनि हात्तीले जवाफ फर्काएनछ । तेस्रो पटक सिंह कड्केर बोलेछ । ए हात्ती ! नसुने झैं गर्छस ? यो जङ्गल को राजा को हो ? मलाई चिनेनस ?

हात्ती स्वास्नी सङ्ग झगडा भएर मुड अफ भएर बसेको रहेछ । आफ्नो सुड्ले सिंहलाई च्याप्प समातेर फु......त्त फालिदिएछ । सिंह रुखमा ठोक्किएछ । टाउको फुटेर रगताम्य भएछ ।

सिंह : थाहा छैन भने पुगि हाल्थ्यो नि ! यस्तरी फाल्नु पर्छ । डाका, टाउको साउको नै फुटाइ दियो, भनेर आफ्नो  बाँस स्थान फर्केछ ।अस्तु ।

Canyoning in Nepal

Wow... It was wonderful experience canyoning with my daughter and some media friends today at Sundarijal, Kathmandu organized by Chhango, the First registered Canyoning Company of Nepal. We had a great opportunity that we could join with one of the best and pioneer canyoning company. All our guides were perfect in timing and training for amateur people like us.

Infact, I was looking for adventure company that organizes adventure sports in Nepal. Now, I am involved in this company for branding, marketing and promotion. I have joined this company as a consultant. In this connection, I wanted to see how they work and how the treat the guests. Today I got an opportunity with my family to experience this adventure sports.

As soon as we decided to do this activity, we were so excited that whether we could do or not. We had no such a big heart or guts to do such kind of amazing adventure activity that our family members dare to dream. Long back, when I asked permission to do this activity, when I was just married, I did not get permission from my family.

After 25 years of my married life, my wife, my daughter and I were ready for this activity. Today, I paid my long due to myself. This is a proof that time is powerful. Time comes to your life. It is not late when you start. It is the right time that you start. The same thing happened to me. I was waiting for today. I had this dream, long back and it came true today. Happy ! I am very happy !

Common guys be ready ! Go ! Go ! Leave your rope slowly and slowly. Yes ! Good ! Very good ! Wow wow ! Don't rush ! Slide down ! Swim ! Swim ! These are the words you will hear when you start abseil from the main rope. You should wear wet suit with jumars, figure 8, carabinars as equipments.

After playing 20m + 35m vertical down, highly adventurous canyoning, now I can say, have a little guts, avoid height phobea, then, yes you can start. Let's try. It is in Nepal, near Kathmandu, at Shivapuri National Park, Sundarijal. It is a nature wonder where you can do bush walking, river walking, mountain biking. Common folks !

पर्यटन आन्दोलन

नेपालको पर्यटनको ठेक्का लिएको प्रमुख ठेकेदार भ्रष्ट भएको भनेर नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्डमा झण्डै एक महिना सम्म अनेक सभ्य तरिकाबाट बिरोधको कार्यक्रम गरे पनि सरकारको उदासीनतालाई अख्तियार भन्ने संस्थाले पनि आदेश पर्खेर बसे जस्तो लाग्यो । मागेर संस्था चलाएर बसेको आमा घरमा कार्बाही गर्ने अख्तियार किन चुपचाप बसेको हो भन्ने पर्यटन ब्यबसायीहरुले बुझ्न नसकेर घाममा पसिना सुकाउदै अनशन बसेका छ्न । यस्तो हुँदा पनि अख्तियारलाई के चाहिएको हो बुझ्न गाह्रो भएको आन्दोलनमा सहभागी ब्यबसायीहरुले बताएका छन्।

यो आन्दोलनमा अनेक कुरा सुनियो । घोडा भनेर चढेको बाघ पो परेछ । त्यो पनि उराठ लाग्दो जङ्गलमा । ओर्लियो भने खाइ हाल्छ नओर्लिने हो भने कता सम्म पुर्याउने हो ठेगान नै भएन । केहि न केहि कुचु कुचु खानु पर्ने मान्छेलाई अनशनमा दिनभर पानीको भरमा भोकै बस्नु पर्दा बल्ल बुझे व्रत को महत्त्व । एक दिन अनशन बसे पछि जिउनै हलुँगो भयो ।

यो सुबाशे को देन हो । कमसेकम हामी पर्यटन ब्यबसायीहरुलाई दिनमा एक पटक भए पनि भेटाउन बाध्य बनाएको छ । कहिले नभेटेका साथीहरू भेटियो। भेटिने क्रम जारी नै छ । यहि ब्यबसायमा सम्लग्न भएर पनि म ठुलो तिमी सानो ब्यापारी भन्नेहरु सबैजना एकै ठाँउमा भेला हुने अबसर प्राप्त भएको छ । जति सुकै ज्याद्रो भए पनि सुबाशेलाई कहिले काहीं धन्यवाद दिनु पर्छ यार। नतिजा के हुने हो थाहा छैन । दुबै पार्टी टसमस छैनन् ।

बार्गेनिङमा दुबै पार्टीले सहमति गर्नु नै पर्छ भने किन ढीलो गर्ने । चाढै बार्ता गरी समस्या समाधान होस् भन्ने ब्यबसायीहरुको भनाई छ ।

बुझ्नेलाई यो कुरा गहिरो छ नबुझ्नेलाई घर छेउमै पहिरो छ । अस्तु ।

नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड के भाको?

सन् १९९८ मा नेपालको पर्यटनक्षेत्रमा "नेपाल भ्रमण" कार्यक्रममा निजी क्षेत्रको सफल सहभागितामा कार्यक्रम निक्कै सहज हुने रहेछ भन्ने हेक्का राखेर नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्डको स्थापना गरे जस्तो लाग्छ | निजी क्षेत्रको पहुच सरकारी क्षेत्रमा प्रहरी र चोरको जस्तो भूमिकाबाट हटाउन पर्यटनमा नौलो आयामको रुपमा निक्कै हौसलाका साथ स्थापना भएको संस्था १२ बर्ष को दौरानमा एकदम तानाशाही प्रवृतिको व्यहोरा प्रस्तुत भै एक जना व्यक्तिको गोजीको संस्था जस्तो भएको छ , ब्यबसायीहरुको आरोप छ ।

अहिलेको पर्यटन क्षेत्रमा भएको लडाई पनि एक व्यक्ति को निक्रिस्ट स्वार्थले समग्र पर्यटन क्षेत्रमा नकारात्मक असर हुने गरि भएको छ भनिन्छ ।

पर्यटन बोर्डको आयको सदुपयोग गरि पर्यटन तालिम, वृत्तिविकास, पर्यटकीय क्षेत्रको बिकास, अध्ययन, अनुसन्धान तिर लगानी गर्ने भन्दा को कसलाई चन्दा दिंदा आफ्नो जागिर लम्बिन्छ, आफु संधै कायम मुकायम भएर बस्न सकिन्छ भन्ने तर्फ बढी लागेको देखिन्छ भन्छन् ।

संसार भर विकेन्द्रिकरणको सिद्धानमा, TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More) भन्ने सिद्धान्तले काम गरेको छ | तर नेपालको पर्यटन को ठेक्का लिएको संस्थामा हरेक कुराको निर्णय गर्न कायम मुकायम मुकरर गरेको भनिएका हाकिम साबले मात्रै गर्नु पर्दो रहेछ |बिचरा, उ सरहका एकै समयमा जागीर खाएका साथीहरु समेतलाई पाखा लगाएर, एकलौटी ढंगले केहि आसेपासेको हुल जम्मा गरेर तानाशाही पारा निकाले पछी, समस्या त बढ्ने नै भयो नि |

दिन रात एक गरि पसिना चुहाएर पर्यटक नेपाल भित्र्याउने पर्यटन ब्यबसायीहरुको पसिनाले जम्मा गरेको पर्यटक शुल्क एकजना "निजि क्षेत्र को हो" भन्ने नै नचिनेका कर्मचारीले आफु खुशी खर्च गरे पछी ब्यबसायीहरुको मुटु छिया छिया हुन्न र ? निजि क्षेत्र को परिभाषा नै नजानेका मान्छेलाई Private, Public Participation को साँचो दिए पछी के होला ? 

मैले पनि बुझ्न सकिन उ भन्दा अरु कोहि सक्षम नै छैन कि के हो त्यो संस्थामा | त्यस्तो हो भने मेरो भन्नु केहि छैन | अरु साथिहरु पनि के भाका ? एउटा व्यक्तिले ठिक बेठिक के गरि राखेको छ भन्ने कुरा पनि टुलु टुलु हेरेर बसे जस्तो लाग्छ |

त्यो एकल  व्यक्ति निकै पावरफुल रहेछ | जसलाई पनि हल्लाई दिन्छ | कसैले, तेस्ले गरेर कामै गर्न दिएन भन्छ, कसैले, त्यो हुन्जेल केहि हुँदैन भन्छ,  तर तेसैले जे पनि गरेको हुन्छ |मनपरी गरेको हुन्छ | खै त के भयो र ?

मैले त केहि बुझिन नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड के भाको?

Wednesday, 26 February 2014. I was in the air, while starting this blog. I was travelling to Kuala Lumpur to participate in the travel fair organized by AirAsia. After few hours of flight I was not feeling well. It might be flight sickness. I took a long nap in business class without doing any business.

On the first day of travel fair, 28 Feb 2014, Mr. Tony Fernandez, Owner of AirAsia, visited our Nepal Tourism Stall. We were so happy that we had no words to explain the moment. I was wearing Nepali cap, Palpali Dhaka Topi, at the stall. Looking at my cap, he wanted to borrow my cap for a while to take a photo. We had Mount Everest banner to represent Nepal as an adventure destination. A bunch of photographer, and media people clicked Tony & our team infront of Mt. Everest banner. He was saying, let's go to Kathmandu, go to Nepal, go to Everest, the highest point on Earth, popularly known as the third pole. Lots of people are aware about Mt. Everest but not aware where it is situated. We were able to educate the visitors that Mt. Everest is in Nepal and it is an adventure destination.

Similarly the case of Lumbini, we had an opportunity to educate the visitors about the birth place of Lord Buddha is Lumbini, in Nepal.

Malaysian are easy travellers. They do not want to walk neither they like to trek. A very few young enthusiasts are fond of adventure lovers. They showed interest on bungey jump, swing, zipp flying, paragliding, etc.

Lot's of Malaysian heard about Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Pokhara, and not so interested in Chitwan, may be because of less information on Jungle activities at Chitwan.

We felt there is lot of opportunity to tap this market if we can educate them that Nepal has a very good harmony in between Hindu & Buddhist religion. One can see devotees visiting both temple and stupas at the same time. This kind of harmony is rare in the world. Before entering in Hindu Temple we see Buddhist stupas and idols of Hindu god and goddess at the entrance of Buddhist Viharas & stupas in Kathmandu Valley.

Come on and see this unique harmony. Feel & experience the social harmony.

My girl friend

She (GF) is slim, white, always energetic. She keeps me active. She follows me, my instructions. She is beautiful. She alerts me. She keeps sending email & sms. When I am online, she feels happy and likes to chat with me and even with my friends & family. She knows every one that I know. Sometimes more than me. She helps me finding clients for my business relationship. Checks my appointment and informs me on time as my personal secretary does.

From early in the morning to late night she stays around with me. Many times she kisses me in a day. My wife gets jealous. One day she left me and was not with me, I was missing her. My younger son came and shattered me,  "See the difference between wife and girl friend. When mom goes to out of town you are not worried, when your GF left for a day, look at your face? It's pale. So sorry dad! We will find either her or another one and convince her not to leave you." Wooo.....hoooo..... !

When she (GF) leaves me, my wife makes fun of me & reminds me "Remember ! I am your wife & only one life partner. GF is temporary. She may leave at any time. You need to keep spending. If you have no energy she will leave. But I will not. I will be with you always and always." I agreed.

But GF is mind blowing, amazing, awesome, keeps me alive. My wife keeps smiling and said, After all she is your girl friend. She doesn't have any responsibility at home. Keep it up, until you break my heart. Ah..! my dear, I will not. Neither I leave my GF nor I break your heart. I will go side by side. You both are important to my life.

Do you want me to declare who is my GF?

Dhaan...tarraaaan......

Oh... !my..... god...she is here.. she is my Samsung...mobile... ha..ha..ha.

This is my job.

It was Saturday, 8 Feb 2014, I got a call from my big boss early in the morning around 6:30 am. I was about to leave my house to see off my wife to bus station for her visit to our native place Butwal after a long gap. I should say " Sorry darling, I got an emergency call. I think it will be late if you wait me. This is my job". She made sour face and gave her permission. She managed to go with her sister. It happened many times after joining travel trade business.

My big boss wanted to reconfirm whether my group booking were reconfirmed or not, at the last minute. Actually I did the same, while leaving my office on Friday evening. I checked itinerary, accommodation, and sightseeing schedule with my colleagues regarding our group arrival on Saturday as usual. But it went wrong. We missed the arrival time. One of my colleague was on good Friday mood and left the office a bit earlier, who was in-charge of it.

By the time I got message that stated arrival time was 9 am. I tried to call my colleague here and there. It was Saturday and I couldn't get through on telephone. My call couldn't reach due to some technical problem. Engaged tone. The answer is "please call later". I tried from my land-line and mobile. I couldn't get through. I got stressed. At last, I could talk to one fellow Kripa. He managed to talk to Nixon and rechecked. Yes! arrival time was missed and it was 9 am in that morning from Europe, Turkish Airlines. It was already 8:15 am still I need to get my Hi-ace. At 8:45 am I got my vehicle and rushed to Tribhuwan International Airport. At 9 am I reached Airport and checked the schedule. Ah... ! I got relaxed when I saw the monitor that mentioned the flight was delayed to 9.10 am. Hummm....! I took long breath and waited for my guests with placard.

While waiting in front of arrival lounge, I saw a familiar face coming out from the arrival lounge. Oh.! she is my sister Sijan. What a surprise? She was supposed to come earlier and delayed and changed her flight to Turkish Airlines. Ok bye. She said to me and went with my brother in law Gyanendra.

Again, I was waiting showing placard. One beautiful lady with a smile waive her hand. I look around me and again got eye contact with the lady. Yes....! She is waiving hands to me. I counted the number of guests. It was four. Then I confirmed. This was my group. I escort them to our vehicle.

While crossing Pashupatinath area, a teen aged girl was excited and pointed to a monkey in the street. I told them that we live in nature. It is naturally Nepal, once is not enough to travel. This is just a start up. You will see lot of amazing things like in amusement park in other country. While driving on the road, they felt like a roller coaster in rough road in Lazimpat which is still under construction.

After dropping to Hotel and I handed over my guests to my tour officer Nixon. I took the same vehicle to drop me back to my home. After few minute, the driver said there is no more fuel and he could not drop me to my home. I thought, he knew that I had no morning walk on that day. I walked. I enjoyed. This is my job.

Moment with Singaporean Model Jojo Struys

Wow, it was amazing & nice experience with the team of Singaporean top model Jojo Struys & team who were in Nepal for their travelogue for ten days. I was fortunate that I could make their trip happen. I believe Jojo's team dream came true. I am thankful to my company Incentive Holidays that provided me such a wonderful project to handle.

Ah! I don't know how to express and where to start. In fact my dream also came true. I got an opportunity to model with Jojo. Wow.... !

When I got the email for this project first time, I believe six months back, I was worried. Because I haven't handled such type of travelogue team in my life. I was excited & writing lots of emails to Sunitha, coordinator for team, regarding Nepal, people, weather, load shedding schedule, whether they could recharge or not their electronic equipment, the day light, temperature, porter to carry their luggage etc. etc.

They were focused on mind, body & nutrition. My duty was to arrange the places of interest according to their theme. I have to recce the places before I write any email. I tried my best of the best to make them aware regarding the places they were visiting, the local people, house wife, shop keepers, they were going to interview. The monk, the gurus, they want to get education regarding meditation, healing therapy, yoga, spa.

I cannot forget our guide Anil Dhakal who made this trip wonderful. We were coordinating for each and every moment in all places. We faced many complications and solved together.

Every Nepali travel entrepreneur wants to promote Nepal in the world. The intention was same with us. The difference is we took it, different way to promote Nepal. We could bring a wonderful celebrity Jojo Struys to Nepal to promote Nepal in South east Asia. All Jojo's travelogue will be telecast in their TV, youtube etc.

Jojo stated, " If you see the things with your own eyes you will believe." So the upcoming episode will definitely help people to educate & to visit naturally Nepal which is not enough to travel once in a life time. The way she expresses and explains the situation was quite amazing, we could see and feel like we are feeling and doing at the moment. It was natural and spontaneous.

आज बिहान सबेरै छिमेकीको बच्चा बिरामी भएकोले ईशान बाल अस्पतालमा लगें । साढे चार बजेको थियो, अस्पताल पुग्दा। आकस्मिक कक्षमा हामी पुग्दा डाक्टर, सिस्टर, पाले सबै सुकुला हुनुहुन्थ्यो। धन्न लामो हा….ई  काढेर पाले दाईले ग्रिल रेलिङ्ग खोल्नु भयो। सिस्टरलाई उठाउनु भयो। सिस्टरले  डाक्टर साब को निन्द्रा खलबली होला भनेर पहिले डिग्री लगाउदै प्रेसर नाप्नु भयो बच्चा अचेत नै थियो। बल्ल डाक्टर साबलाई उठाउनु भयो। आँखा मिच्दै बिचरा डाक्टर साब निस्कनु भयो। बच्चाले गल्तीले छालामा लगाउने क्रिम खाएको कुरा बच्चाको आमाले बतायो। एकछिनमा नाडी छामिसके पछि बच्चा जुरुक्क उठेर ट्वाल्ल परेर हेर्यो र बच्चा झसंग झसंग तर्सिरहेको थियो।  

साधारणतया यस्तो केसलाई पोइजनिङ्ग भन्ने रहेछ।  बिचरा डाक्टरले यस्तो केस "मैले देखेको नै छैन" भनेर टिचिंगमा लैजान भन्यो। नजिकैको अस्पतालमा गएको बेकार भयो। बच्चाको आमा आत्तिएर किन फर्काएको होला भनेर चिन्तित भयो।  तर के गर्ने डाक्टरले नै लैजाउ भने पछि लैजानुनै पर्यो।  

पाँच बजे बिहानी पख हामी टिचिंग पुग्दा आकस्मिक कक्षमा बेड त के कुनै कुर्ची पनि बाँकी थिएन। बिरामीहरु एउटा खाटमा दुइ तीन जना बिरामी पनि खचाखच। नाम दर्ता गरे पछि मात्रै डाक्टर साबले सोध खोज गर्नु भयो।  बाल कक्ष तिर रिफर भए पछि बल्ल शान्त भयो।  बच्चाले एक पटक उल्टी गरे पछि सायद बच्चालाई आराम मिल्यो।  कुरा गर्न थाल्यो।  आमा चै ले बल्ल लामो श्वास फेर्यो र दङ्ग पर्यो। 

संगैको बेडमा पखाला लागेको सानो बच्चीलाई (सायद पहिलो) बा आमा मिलेर न्यापिले सरसफाई गर्दै थियो। बच्ची टाइम टाइममा पीडाले छत्पटाउने गर्थी। दुवैले आफ्नो कर्तब्य सम्झेर मिलेर न्यापी सफा गर्दा आमाले छोरीलाई काखमा राखेर बाउले मल मुत्र सफाई गरेको देख्दा जोडी अच्छा रहेछ भन्ने आभास भयो। सायद हाम्रा आमा बा ले पनि यस्तै गरे होलान भन्ने मनमा लाग्यो। यसै बेला बच्चीलाई खोकीको साथै पेट पनि दुखेछ। जोडले चिच्याई बुरुक्क उफ्रिंदा फ्वारात्त फोहरा झैँ निस्क्यो।  बाउको ज्याकेट पहेंलो रंग लगाएको जस्तो भयो।  धन्न मायाको चिनोलाई बाउले घिन नमानी सकार्यो दायाँ बायाँ हेर्यो।  मैले नदेखे झैँ गरें। सिस्टरले पनि नदेखे झैँ गरेर मुख छोपेर हाँस्यो।  सायद मनमनै भन्यो बाउ हुन त्यसै सजिलो छ ? अस्तु। 

सेक्रेटरीसंगको अफएर (Affair with secretary)

लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौंको रेस्टुराँमा एकदिन एक्लै म एकजना पर्यटक मित्रलाई कुरेर बसिरहेको थिएँ। रेस्टुराँको अगाडी पट्टिको बारमा तीनजना युवाहरु एक एक पेग ह्विस्की लिएर म संगैको टेबुलमा बसे। ह्विस्कीको साथ दिन को लागि चिकन ललि, मटन सेकुवा, बफ मम, फ्रेन्च फ्राई, आलु साँधेको अर्डर गरे। यस्सो हेर्दा ब्यापारी खानदानको सन्तान देखिने ती युबाहरुको बार्तालाप सुन्दा मेरो ध्यान भंग भयो।

युवा १: होइन यो सेक्रेटरी भन्ने कस्तो हुने रहेछ ? (ह्विस्की को चुस्की लिंदै) 

युवा २: किन र यार तँ पनि फंसिस कि क्या हो ? (ह्विस्कीको ग्लासमा आइस राख्दै)

युवा ३: हा हा …। (चुरोटको धुवाँ बुङ्ग उडाउदै, खरानी एस्त्रेमा झार्दै)

युवा १: म होइन नि मेरो बाउ पो फंसे जस्तो छ। जहिले पनि जता गए पनि त्यहि सेक्रेटरीसंग मिटिंगमा जानुहुन्छ। फर्कने बेलामा पुरा झल्लु भएर आउनुहुन्छ अनि मम् संग ठाकठुक सुरु भै हाल्छ। अफिसको कुरा गर्यो कि त्यहि केटीको बयान सुरु, मम् लाई जियोलस फिल हुन्छ क्यारे! त्यसपछि फेरी रडाको सुरु हुन्छ यार। यो उमेरमा आमा बाउको झगडा सुल्झाउन मै व्यस्त हुनु परेको छ। आफुले लब गरेर हिंड्ने बेलामा बाउले पो गर्ल फ्रेन्ड बनाए जस्तो छ यार। दिक्क लाग्छ।

युवा २: (ग्लासमा रहेको ह्विस्कीको चुस्की लिंदै) हेर साथि ! यो कर्पोरेट ओर्ल्डमा यस्तो अफएर भन्ने नर्मल हो जस्तो लाग्छ। दुइ, तीन जना कम्पनीका मालिकहरुको सेक्रेटरीसंग अफएर भएर अपार्टमेन्ट तिर राखेको छ भन्ने सुनेको हो। तेरो बाउले पनि कतै फ्ल्याटमा त राखेको छैन? होस् गर है ! (आगो मा घिउ थपि दियो) तेरो आमाले संका गर्नु ठिकै त हो नि। केप्ट राखे पछि कुन चाहिं आइमाईले सहन्छ?

युवा ३: (अरु दुइ भन्दा उमेरले जेठो देखिने युवा, चुरोटलाई देब्रे हातका औलाले ओंठको बायाँ पट्टि चेप्दै मज्जाले तान्दै) हेर साथि हो। जेनेरल्ली स्वास्नीसंग भन्दा पनि धेरै समय सेक्रेटरीसंग बिताईने हुन्छ कर्पोरेट ओर्ल्डमा। सेक्रेटरीले हरेक बिजिनेसमा इन्पुट दिई राखेको हुन्छ। स्वास्नीले चाहिं संधै कच् कच् र संका। अनि रिलेसन हुनुमा के टाइम लाग्छ ? दुबैमा अन्डरस्त्यांदिंग छ भने रिलेसन भएपनि सेक्रेटरीले पार्ट अफ दि जब नै ठान्छ। बोसलाई टेन्सनबाट मुक्त गर्न।कत्तिलाई यस्तो रिलेसन भनेको रिफ्रेस्मेंट जस्तै हो। दे डन्ट टेक इत सिरियस्ली। जस्त फर फन एण्ड इन्टरतेन्मेन्त। यही सम्बन्ध अगाडी बढ्दै गयो भने घर बिग्रिन्छ।

……. त्रिङ्ग… । त्रिङ्ग ……। मेरो मोबिलको घन्टी बज्यो।  मेरो साथि आउन नसक्ने खबर आयो म पनि जुरुक्क उठेर आएँ।  बाटो भरि मैले सुनेको बार्तालाप मेरो मस्तिष्कमा सिनेमा झैं झल् झल् बल्झी रह्यो। जमाना कता तिर लाग्दै छ ? अस्तु। 

बस यात्रा

शनिबारको दिन पिकनिक मनाएर फर्कने बेलामा बानेश्वरबाट नेपाल यातायातको बस यात्रा गर्न मनलाग्यो। साँझपखको चिसो हावा खाँदै केहिबेरको हिंडाईपछी संसद भवनको पश्चिम पट्टि नेपाल यातायातको बस बिसौनीमा पुगेर कुर्दा टनाटन भरेको बस आइपुग्यो। चड्ने कि न चड्ने दोमन भए पनि बस चड्ने नै निधो गरें र ठेलमठेल गरेर भित्र हुल्यो कन्डक्टर साबले।

ओ अंकल अलि पछाडी पछाडी जानुस है भने पछी जानै पर्यो र अरुलाई पनि ठेल्दै ठेल्दै भित्र भित्रै गएँ। दुई हातले बसको माथि तिरको डण्डी समाए। अपांग र महिलाका लागि छुट्याइएको सिटमा धम्मरधस् गरेर लाजै नमानी धुर्मुस पुरुष सज्जनबृन्दहरु बसेका थिए। बिचरा महिलाबृन्दहरु भने म जस्तै बसको डण्डी समाएर उभिएका थिए।  

बानेश्वरबाट बस बिस्तारै आफ्नो सुरमा अगाडी बढ्यो। थापा गाउं आउन्जेल चिसो बढी सकेको थियो। एक जना सज्जनले कुन चाहिं ग्याँस छादेछ कुन्नि ? गुम्म परेको बसमा तुरुन्तै टिएर ग्यांस जस्तै फैलियो। संगैकी आमाले नाक छोप्दै बिस्तारै बोलि फुटाइ " कस्तो कुहिएको चा…. रहेछ थुक्क !" आर्किले थपिन् " तेस्तो होइन बरु के सारो कुहिएको खाएर आ का रहेछन कुन्नि ? "

एकजना बुढा बा ले थपे " कस्तो दुर्गन्ध हो ? अलिकति त ख्याल गर्नु पर्छ नि सार्बजनिक यातायातमा लाजै नमानी यति सारो गर्न त भएन नि, जसले भए पनि अब चाहिं  न छाड्नु है। मेरो नम्र निबेदन छ।"

"हनुमान थान, हनुमान थान, झर्ने कोइ छ छिट्टो अगाडी आई हाल्नुस है।" कन्डक्टर साबले कर्कस आवाज मा चिच्च्याए। 

एक जना महिला यात्री "कस्तो मोरो रहेछ भर्खर भित्र भित्र जा भनेर कोच्ने अहिले झट्टै आइजे भन्ने। तेरो बाउको गाडी रोक अनि मात्रै आउंछु। नरोकी सुक्ख ?"

कन्डक्टर साब "ए आन्टी न रिसाउनुस न।  मेरो पनि त कामै हो अलिकति पैसा पाइन्छ कि भनेर अनुरोध त गर्न पाइन्छ नि हउ।" आन्टी ओर्लनु भयो। अरु यात्रु हरु पनि ओर्लनु भयो। 

अनाम नगर पुग्न नपाउंदै फेरी आर्को बिस्फोट भयो। कुन चाहिंले फेरी नाक फोदुवा बम फाद्यो । "ओहो अहिले भने कुहिएको गुन्द्रुक नै खा का र छन् कि क्या हो ? एस्तो त भएन नि। जो जसले हो कृपया अहिले नै झरिदिनु भएमा बस भाडा बरु मै तिरी दिन्थें। " 

मलाई चक्रपथ सम्म कहिले आई पुगौंला  जस्तो भाको थियो दिक्क लाग्दो बस यात्रा भन्दा बरु ओर्लेर हिंड्नु पर्यो भनेर बीच बाटैमा ओर्लेर खुला हावा खाँदै हिडेर घर पुगें। अस्तु।
