The prayers flag, banners, bunting, standee, flexes, signage, transfer, tickets, room arrangement, hospitality desk, name tag, badges, program, chief guests, invitation card, VIPs list, security, stationary, stage, chairs, lights, sound, audio, video, fans, volunteers, invitees, reconfirmation, RSVP, lunch, dinner, formal dresses, tents, etc. are the final checklist for any events you organize.
At the last moment you should check and recheck these list and reconfirmed. You should not get panicked. Be cool. Sometimes, volunteer get frustrated if they do not get their meals on time, communication on time, transfer on time, program on time, briefing on time. These are most of the time missed out in rush. So we should take care of these small but very important service to each and every volunteers. We should boost them each and every time.
In many times, during the event, guests do changes in their arrival and departure date, time. Hotel changes, tour plan changes, etc. These last minute changes (LMC) should be addressed to get smile in the face of guests.
