Corporate culture

Believe it or not. In most of the offices, most of the staffs are frustrated. The main reason behind it, is lack of corporate culture. Favoritism, back biting, dominating colleagues, nagging, poking, unnecessary checking, ditching, misleading, complaining, spying, harassing etc. are the main reasons that develop misunderstanding between management & the genuine staff.

As staff are from different culture, different academic backgrounds they have different nature. That is why a corporate house should develop its own corporate discipline & culture.

It should be govern by its own rules & regulations. A clear responsibility & authority with no duplication in job specification will definitely run the organization in smooth way. Each & every department should have certain demarcation for its development. Authority shouldn't be centralized.

Discipline, decoration, dress, dedication are symbol of corporate culture. Favoritism shouldn't be entertained. There should be equal opportunity for genuine staff.
