Generally, corporate office conducts meeting in the morning. This should be short & sweet. It will be better if you can conduct standing meeting with a cup of black tea or coffee for 10-15 min. You should have agendas for discussion & at the end some guidelines after decision. The decision should be circulated to all concerned staff. Each & every staff should be aware of the decision of meeting, policy, plan, aim & vision of the company. Otherwise it is useless attending meeting just to meet the people only.
