Background: A big corporate room of a boss. Three monitors on table. One for official work, one for personal work, another one to monitor cc tv. One big flat screen TV at the wall. Air condition chamber. Big corporate table at the corner of the room. One big boss chair revolving. Full fledged window to refresh mind. Two chairs for guest. One complete set of leather sofa. Two sets of landline phone two mobile sets at table. One tablet at the corner of table.
When I saw this structure, I was shocked & got confused, whether it was boss room or computer department? Because I was supposed to go to the boss's room. Not in Computer department. I came back and asked to beautiful lady outside the room. Is it really a boss room? She smiled & noded her head & said proudly yes it is my boss room.
As far as my little knowledge says that you don't need so many screens in your room just to monitor what your staff are doing what ? That means the boss doesn't have faith on his staff. He is suspicious. He thinks that staff are cheater. He doesn't believe that the staff work for his organization. Then why can't he fire the staff ? Because he doesn't have faith on him too. That is why, he is spending so much of money just to threaten the staff & to show that he is the boss dumping many screen at the room.
It is useless and waste of money to show up only. Just being a big boss, you don't need to waste the spaces in your room. You are increasing the expenditure of office equipment maintenance & repairing.
Dear boss !
You can do everything in your tablet or a computer in this hi-tech age. Join cable line to your screen, activate tv modem. If you don't know, request your IT staff to arrange. Send rest of the computers to the staff in need indeed. Equip your staff with hi-technology. Trust them. Get work done. Don't waste your time on nitty gritty.
